There are many alternatives available to your company if you’re looking for a digital solution that’s complex. From streamlining the organization processes such as payroll watch, implementing many hours of checking and billing to removing buyer information by eliminating inconsistencies, errors and structural obstacles, there are a number of digital tools that can assist your company in streamlining its operations.
However, articulating the value of these capabilities is a huge challenge for sales professionals. This requires new skills, such as the ability to modify the value proposition depending on different requirements.
It is also important to understand the complexity of digital solutions. It is not unusual for successful solutions to generate demands for expanded services, enhanced personalization and greater variability. The ability to manage this variability to embrace value-adding complexity while avoiding non-value-adding complications is a major problem for digital companies.
